Wheatgrass is prepared from the freshly sprouted leaves of the common wheat plant, TritcumsativumL. It can be grown & prepared at home. It is good for immunity. It is used as food, drink or dietary supplement. It is allowed to grow longer & taller than wheat malt. The powder is made by grinding the dried wheatgrass into its desired granulation.
