Description
A mango is an edible stone fruit produced by the tropical tree Mangifera indica. Both ripe and unripe mangoes are used in culinary. Unripe mango is used for making pickle, chutney, aamchur powder etc. on other hand ripe mangoes and powder made from these mangoes are used for making jam, jellies, shakes, ice cream, smoothies etc. Mango powder is made from ripe, juicy mangoes. The powder is made from mango juice/ pulp into its desired granulation. Also the powder is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry as natural flavouring agent.
