Description
Garlic is hardy, bulbous, rooted, perennial plant with narrow flat leaves & bears small white flowers & bulbils. The compound bulb consists of 6-34 bulbets called ‘cloves’ which are surrounded by common, thin, white or pinkish papery sheet. Garlic has a strong flavor & taste. The powder is produced by crushing dried garlic cloves to the desired granulation.
Product is organically produced & processed according to current Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP norms regulations NPOP, NOP & EEC 834/2007.
